The anime was made in 2003 at HIBARI studio. This compilation contains the most fanservice and spicy moments of the series. 

In the 37th year of the Meiji era (1904), rapidly strengthening Japan, expanding its sphere of influence in China, encountered Russian presence. The Hiroshima disaster was still far off, and the Japanese onslaught seemed to have no obstacles. Suddenly attacking the Russian troops, the Japanese inflicted a series of defeats on them and besieged Port Arthur (Lüshun), the main base of Russia's Pacific Fleet. It was important for Japan to take the fortress before the arrival of Russian ships from the Baltic.

And here the historical tragedy is replaced by an anime farce, where the Russian army is represented as a demonic force holding Port Arthur with the help of magical robots Raimu (Limes) - phantoms created at the moment of need by the concentration of energy of especially gifted people who can control these Raimu remotely. To counter the enemy phantoms, in the wilderness of the northern island of Hokkaido, on board the battleship "Amanohara", a training Raimu squad is created from (who would have thought!) five incredibly seductive girls. One of their teachers is a former diplomat Umakai Shintaro, who worked for several years in Russia. This modest and shy young man, due to tragic circumstances, is forced to take over the leadership of the Squad. During the passage of the "Amanohara" from Japan to Port Arthur, Umakai-sensei has to turn the girls into an absolute weapon and at the same time not succumb to the sexuality that their young bodies radiate.
