Lemon with cream / Cream Lemon [Original Series (1-16)]

The series "Cream Lemon" is one of the most significant phenomena in 1980s animation. In a way, it is the progenitor of all hentai. Many popular and well-known people in Japan took part in the production of the series, such as Toshiki Hirano (Fight! Iczer One) and Hiroyuki Kitakubo (Blood: The Last Vampire).

Most of the Cream Lemon episodes are not connected by characters or a single plot and are separate novellas of various genres with only one common feature — the presence of at least one sexual act. However, the OVA plots are not limited to sexual relations, being distinguished by their development and a high degree of elaboration of other themes[4]. Among the genres of Cream Lemon are yuri (the "Escalation" series), fantasy (the "Super Dimensional Legend Rall" series), melodrama (series featuring one of the heroines — the schoolgirl Ami), comedy ("Pop Chaser"), science fiction parody ("Star Trap"), etc. In addition to the variety of plot motifs, the OVA presents most of the known sexual perversions with a bias towards lesbian and sadomasochistic sex.
