Hentai Ayatsuri Ningyou is based on the manga "Sex Adventures of Shigeki and Kay" by Saiya. In 2008, the series was re-released by Strawberry Jam (ストロベリージャム) along with Binetsu Hime: Zange no Shou under the title Dorei Ningyou. The main character of the story, Shigeki Kei, is a senior student who loves having sex and constantly seeks new adventures and encounters with new women.
