Doukyuusei: Natsu no Owari ni (Summary) - this is a short version of the original 4-episode series Doukyuusei, which was based on the popular visual novel of the same name from ELF studio in 1994. 

Wataru fell deeply in love with his classmate Mayu-chan. She appears in his dreams every night, and he can't confess to her, only watching his object of adoration from afar. Wataru gathers all his courage and invites Mayu on a date. But will she come? After all, Mayu already has a very persistent suitor, and even though she doesn't like him, her parents consider him the only right choice. However, Wataru also has a choice, because he has so many wonderful friends - slender athlete Misa, serious and sensible Satomi, and sweet and innocent Kurumi-chan. And even though our hero is not a handsome guy or a playboy, he has one incredible trait that attracts all these girls - he is ready to listen to their problems and help solve them when others can't...
