The main character of the story is student Tetsuhiro Morinaga, who has long been in love with his senior comrade Soichi Tatsumi. The comrade is certainly a very unusual guy - enterprising, insolent, unsociable, and on top of that just a fierce gay. The story is a bit tangled - Tatsu condemns the homo relationships of his younger brother Tomoe, but he himself wouldn't mind finding a juicy friend...

The OVA itself begins with Tomoe running away with his lover to America, where same-sex marriages were legalized in California. Just at that time, Morinaga is talking with a friend bartender about this problem. Then the bartender surprises him by giving a powerful aphrodisiac. Soichi gets drunk from frustration. When Morinaga, on the orders of his sempai, goes for a 4th round of drinks, he finds a "stash", i.e., the aphrodisiac... And after harassment, he spends the night with Morinaga. The further plot of the manga is devoted to the development of the relationship of these characters.
