"Otenki Onee-san / Weather Girl" - is an ecchi anime OVA, released in June 1995 at OB Planning studio and based on the manga of the same name by Adachi Tetsu. Based on this manga, five films and one drama series were released. 

The plot revolves around the unscrupulous main heroine Keiko Nakadai, who works at a local Tokyo television station as the host of the nine o'clock news. She is simply an incredible woman, a professional in her field, and at the same time a real bitch with sadistic tendencies, who is confident that she knows what she wants from life...
