The near future. Tokyo is destroyed, and a new capital has arisen on its ruins, and now it is the filthiest and most depraved city on earth. However, not everyone obeys the rules of this world; one such is the secret organization "Rei". In one of the recent operations, they managed to capture a dangerous criminal known as Joaquin Naito, but it all turned out to be a planned trap, and our lovely special agents Shoko and Rei are taken prisoner...
