Liz, an apprentice witch living in the small village of Selene, receives daily magic instruction from her mother and witch master Aletta to become a full-fledged witch.

When Liz passes the graduation exam for the rank of witch apprentice imposed by Aletta, she will become a full-fledged witch, leave the village, and set out to travel the world in accordance with the "Law of the Witch".
