Island of eternal summer, Seiran Island.

Junosuke Tachibana, whose family home was on this island, returned to it with his sister Asane Tachibana after the death of their parents.

However, Seiran Island became a place of madness due to the introduction of the "Perverse Law", designed to combat population decline. This law allows and even encourages lewd sexual acts everywhere on the island, and refusing "reproductive activity" is punished almost as strictly as a crime.

Junosuke, a proud virgin and staunch defender of virginity, questions the legality of this law. Determined to protect the purity of both himself and his beloved sister, he creates the anti-copulation front NLNS (No Love No Sex) and sets out to destroy the perverse law once and for all.
