Game rip of the game from the studio "Sogna" which was adapted into the anime "Viper-GTS". The game was released back in 1994.

 

Carrera is a demon girl who provides mysterious contracts to people in exchange for their souls. Also working with her are the demonesses Mercedes and Rati. Carrera meets an unusual guy named Ogawa and immediately becomes attached to him. Mercedes and Rati also show interest in the boy and soon a quarrel breaks out between the girls... Soon they come to a common solution to the problem - to divide Ogawa's soul equally...
